
Hot Clam Dip
Ingredients
- 2 med. onions, chopped
 - 3 (7-oz.) can minced clams, drained
 - (16-oz.) cream cheese
 - 1 T. ALAGA Hot Sauce
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Process the onions with just enough water to mix in a blender.
 - Pour into a non-stick skillet.
 - Add the clams and the ALAGA Hot Sauce.
 - Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
 - Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
 - Serve hot from a chafing dish with potato chips, crackers or corn chips.
